Damaged or Wrong Item Received If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we've got you covered. Simply email us at shopdewaar@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
We'll offer you a full replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Change of Mind Since all our posters are printed on demand specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
How Long Does It Take? We aim to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
